How do I get rid of scratches and scuffs from the Portofino frames?

Use an abrasive hand pad for metal, e.g. Scotch Brite, and gently rub over the damaged area until repaired. This will not work on deep scratches.

How do I maintain my Portofino furniture?

We advise you to clean your Portofino furniture annually using warm soapy water. Only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners. For any fly rust, we recommend cleaning this off using WD40.

How do I make a claim under warranty?
