If you do decide to go down the bespoke route, we’ll introduce you to our in-house design team, who will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life.

Site Visit
The exciting process can begin! We’ll start with a visit to your premises to discuss your space and your vision. Ask as many questions as you like along the way and by the end of your visit we hope you’ll be knowledgeable about how we work and what’s possible!
3D Visuals
After your site visit, our team will carefully prepare your potential plan layouts and create your 3D visualisations. This is an exciting part of the planning process, as this is when you can really start to picture the vision for your spa or hotel coming to life.
Delivery
Standard delivery of our stocked items is usually 7-10 working days. For bespoke items it’s usually circa 16 weeks. Express delivery is available upon request, but this is subject to availability.
Installation
The exciting day arrives! We’re able to offer comprehensive installations of your furniture on request.
